If you are not satisfied with the product you’ve purchased, you may return it within three (3) working days upon received.
Customer will ONLY get their full refund/exchange in the event of :
- Customer received parcel with missing item(s), faulty item(s).
- Cancelled order with valid reason
- Item (s) ordered is out of stock.
- ‘Special case’ request which will be reviewed and finalized by management.
- It will take maximum 14 working days to process
Defective / Faulty Items
This is a mightily embarrassing and we will have them all covered. We are really sorry and will make it up to you in any possible ways! Please drop us an email with the following details:
- Order ID (#XXXXXX)
- The matter of the issue (defective/faulty)
- Pictures or videos, whichever applicable
- Opt for Full Refund / Exchange with same value item (s). Please provide your banking details to ease the refund processes.
Any products returned must abide the terms mentioned below:
- The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging (if available).
- Customers are advised to contact us before returning the product.
- Returns due to creases from shipping will not be accepted.
- Should the product is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserved the right to refuse the return and the product will be send back to you.
- All shipping cost are borne by customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.

How do I return a product?
You may returned the item within three(3) days of parcel received. Before returning the item, kindly please contact us via email admin@haydavalley.com or Whatsapp us with your details and reason of returning. Return & Exchange Policy terms applied.
