For ready stocks order, we will mail out your parcel within 1-2 working days after your payment being verified.

An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.

Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

For all Malaysia orders, all items will be mailed out by using express mail which takes 1-3 working days to reach.

For international order, all order will be mailed by using Ninja Van, SF Express, DHL e-Commerce and DHL Express. The delivery time needed depends on the destination country. You may refer to the table below for the delivery time.

Yes, if your parcel returning back to our office & you need we to re-delivery to you additional shipping fee will be applied.

However, you may arranged re-delivery within 5 days with the shipping company if the first attempt delivery was unsuccessfully.

All parcels will be returned back to us if it being unattended at courier office after 5 days.

Please track your parcel with the tracking number provided.

We offer FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY throughout Malaysia for all orders above RM180.

Express shipping fee is charged at flat rate basis:

RM7/West Malaysia

RM14/East Malaysia

Yes, we have COD services and will be courier by NINJAVAN.

However, COD extra charge by Ninjavan will be imposed as below:

RM11/West Malaysia

RM16/East Malaysia

Yes, we ship worldwide by using courier from DHL, NINJAVAN & SF EXPRESS.

Shipping fee will be calculated based on product weight during checkout process.

1. Choose your item, insert the quantity of the item and click on “Add to cart” button.

2. Click on “Cart Button” and click “Secure Checkout”

3. Fill in your delivery address.

4. Confirm your delivery details and click “Continue Checkout”

5. Confirm your items & quantity and click “Pay Button”

6. Select your payment method and complete your payment.

7. Check your email for confirmation order.

We accept payment by FPX Online Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers or Cash On Delivery(COD).

At Checkout page > choose “Toyyibpay” as your payment method > click button “Pay the order” > From tab above, select “Debit/Credit Card” tab.

Please send us Whatsapp at +6016 6955 974 and we will send you our bank account no.

Before we proceed for shipping process, please provide us bank receipt as proof of payment.

It may take up to 24 hours. If the payment was on weekend or public holiday, we may verify your payment on the next working days.

You may returned the item within three(3) days of parcel received. Before returning the item, kindly please contact us via email admin@haydavalley.com or Whatsapp us with your details and reason of returning. Return & Exchange Policy terms applied.

All shipping cost are borne by customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.

We will notify you as soon as we received your returning parcel and your return request will be processed accordingly.

All return/refund request will be processed within seven(7) working days upon parcel received.
