What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We’re charge flat rate RM6 for West Malaysia & RM10 for East Malaysia.

We ship all our local & international package via PosLaju Service

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Buyers may use this payment method for a more comprehensive and secure transfer from other Affiliate Banks such as Maybank, CIMB Bank, AmBank, RHB Bank & Hong Leong Bank. Orders can be paid and get updated within minutes for fast and secure payment service.

How long will delivery take?

Orders placed before 11:00am will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends and public holidays.

Kindly note that we experience high volume of orders during our sale periods and this often results in delays in delivery – we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

For Klang Valley: 1-3 business days

For the rest of Malaysia: 3-7 business days

We will not be responsible for any shipping delays, lost or stolen parcel during transit by PosLaju Service.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once order received, we will process the order and shipped out within 1 – 3 working days, customer will received their tracking no. via email. we will send you shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

We encourage customer to track their parcel with PosLaju Track & Trace system often.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we will send the invoices trough the email registered.
